More than ten years ago, we first met Mr. FARIT, a Russian merchant, at an international stationery exhibition. At that time, Mr. FARIT was eager to expand the stationery market in Russia, while we were looking for overseas partners to explore new opportunities. That encounter was like a seed of hope sown quietly.
During our initial conversation, we enthusiastically introduced our flagship product - ballpoint pens - to FARIT. The unique nib technology ensured smooth and even ink flow, making writing as effortless as floating clouds and flowing water. The ergonomically designed pen barrels provided comfort whether for long writing sessions or short notes. Coupled with fashionable and diverse colors, it immediately caught FARIT's attention. After the trial products were shipped to Russia, the market feedback exceeded expectations. Students were eager to take notes in class with these colorful and smooth-writing ballpoint pens, and office workers could efficiently handle documents and write reports without interruption.
Throughout the decade-long journey of working together, FARIT has played an invaluable role. He conducted in-depth market research in the local area and promptly provided us with feedback on Russian consumers' requirements for ballpoint pens, such as cold resistance, durability against drops, and specific refill thicknesses. Based on this precious information, we assembled a research and development team and improved our products time and time again. In winter, the ballpoint pens with cold-resistant ink could write normally in the freezing Russian weather; the newly designed reinforced pen barrels were not afraid of frequent drops and damage. As our products became more and more suitable for the market, FARIT's order volume steadily increased, growing from scattered small orders to large-scale and stable ones. Nowadays, we are not only business partners but also close friends on each other's growth paths.
